How long is your processing time?
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing time. We are a small business with orders fulfilled by our owner, so it may take longer than normal to have the order fulfilled. We want you to have the best experience with your product as possible.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by an automatic system. It will calculate all adjustments at the end of your Narcissus Beauty experience.
Do you ship overseas?
We do ship internationally. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout. Additional tarrifs may apply and should be covered by the customer.
Can I pay for express delivery?
You are able to pick the courier plan that works best for you at checkout! Pricing is subject to change by selected delivery method.

Are you only making Greek Mythology makeup?
No! We plan to create makeup for mythologies from all over the world. We are a small team that likes to do deep research for our products. Narcissus Beauty's origins begin with Greek Mythology, but we want to make sure that we're delving into as many mythologies as we can.
Are your products tested on animals?
No! Our products are never tested on animals. We always send our team and beta testers the products for their full reviews before putting them out to you!
Are your products vegan?
We do not claim to be a vegan brand. Some products may be vegan, but we are not categorized as a vegan brand.
Where are the Ambrosia Lip Polishes?
We have discontinued the old formula of the Ambrosia Lip Polishes! We are working on improving our packaging and lip gloss formula for YOU, so we want to ensure you get the best version. We will be releasing new ones soon.
RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
What is your return policy?
We are not accepting returns at this time. However, we will accept exchanges for products that arrive defective or damaged.
If you need to perform an exchange, please send an email to hello@narcissusbeauty.com and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
This policy lasts 30 days. If the 30 days is exceeded, we cannot process your exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as how you received it. Please include the original product packaging when returning your product.
You guys have a subscription service. What does that entail?
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
