How long does shipping take?

Our processing time is currently 5-7 days, so please allow that time to pass before you get a shipping notification. You will have the option to choose your shipping method at checkout!

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing time. We are a small business with orders fulfilled by our owner, so it may take longer than normal to have the order fulfilled. We want you to have the best experience with your product as possible. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout by an automatic system. It will calculate all adjustments at the end of your Narcissus Beauty experience.

What if I need to return my items?

We are not accepting returns at this time. However, we will accept exchanges for products that arrive defective or damaged. 

If you need to perform an exchange, please send an email to info@narcissusbeauty.com and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

This policy lasts 30 days. If the 30 days is exceeded, we cannot process your exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as how you received it. Please include the original product packaging when returning your product.

Do you offer pro discounts for makeup artists?

If you are a professional makeup artist or a makeup student, we'd love to offer you a discount!

Licensed Cosmetologists and Certified Makeup Artists can enjoy 30% off their orders. Makeup Students can enjoy 15% off their orders.

To be enrolled, email pro@narcissusbeauty.com.

Licensed Cosmetologists and Certified MUAs should send over the following:

  1. Photo ID / Driver's License
  2. Cosmetology license / makeup certification
  3. A website containing your portfolio (instagram portfolios are ineligible, unless given suitable reason)
  4. 1 call sheet, 1 magazine publication title page with your name, and/or any supporting documents.

Cosmetology students should send over the following:

  1. Photo ID / Driver's License
  2. Proof of enrollment
  3. Expected graduation date

***NOTE: Upon graduation, please email us again with a copy of your cosmetology license/certification to upgrade your pro account.
